C2 (Christina) is a movement specialist, a licensed pharmacist, and an ice cream aficionado.

With nearly 20 years of experience in the health and wellness space, C2's professional background includes serving patients and clients within the public sector (National Institutes of Health), the private sector (academic and community hospitals), and a non-profit association.

 

As a movement instructor, C2 leads yoga and pilates style classes in-person and online. She co-hosts retreat experiences both domestically and abroad.

The ice cream aficionado status began shortly after C2's birth. Her most recent ice cream achievement is receiving the 2024 Maryland’s Best Ice Cream Trailblazer award.
